MEG PAUL : Detroit Cool loves Dance
Meg Paul recently moved from New York where she lived and danced internationally. Among her training with renowned instruction, she was offered a full scholarship to the Joffrey Ballet School and began her professional career at the age of 15. Before leaving New York she collaborated creatively, helped produce, and performed the lead in Movin’ Out with Tywla Tharp.
Now we have Meg’s great spirit as Director of Dance at the Maggie Allesee Department of Dance at Wayne State University.
The Wayne State dancers have won national recognition in Washington four years in a row under Meg Paul’s direction.
Wayne Dance Department is another dimension of the creative energy that fills Detroit air.
